Delicious white chocolate raspberry muffins that are soft and moist.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and raspberries gently.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can substitute frozen raspberries if fresh are unavailable.
- Adjust sugar based on desired sweetness.
