Description

A quick and easy veggie stir-fry noodle dish packed with flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g of noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and toss well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
