Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
