Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and herbs, cooking for another minute.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cubed bread and sautéed vegetables.
  5. Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Transfer stuffing to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
