Ingredients

- 4 cups of cubed bread
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until soft.
- Add minced garlic and herbs, cooking for another minute.
- In a large bowl, combine cubed bread and sautéed vegetables.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until combined.
- Transfer stuffing to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
