- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a simmer.
- Crack each egg into a small bowl.
- Gently slide the eggs into the simmering water and poach for about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with salt.
- In a small pan, melt the butter and add paprika and red pepper flakes.
- Remove the poached eggs and place them on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle the spiced butter over the eggs.
- Garnish with fresh dill.
