Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers and carrots, cook for 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve turkey mixture in lettuce leaves.
Notes
- Use iceberg or butter lettuce for best results.
- Customize with your favorite vegetables.
