A delightful fusion of tiramisu and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1 cup ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Beat cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
- Add sugar, vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in a springform pan.
- Spread half of the cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the cheese mixture.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use fresh espresso for best flavor.
- Chill overnight for improved texture.
- Adjust sugar according to taste.
