Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1 cup ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
  6. Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in a springform pan.
  7. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
  8. Repeat the layers, finishing with the cheese mixture.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
