Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon browning sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, browning sauce, garlic, ginger, thyme, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and brown on all sides.
