Ingredients

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the mashed potatoes and set aside.
- In a pot, boil the green beans for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a baking dish, combine the green beans, corn, and cranberry sauce.
- Top with stuffing mix and dot with butter.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve alongside mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- You can prepare some dishes a day in advance.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
