A quick and easy stir-fry featuring tender chicken and colorful vegetables in a savory teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add teriyaki sauce and stir to coat. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you like.
- Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to taste.
