Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

- Cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic.
- Stir to coat the steak bites in garlic butter.
- Cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
