Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk until soft peaks form.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water until smooth.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the whipped cream.
- Continue to whisk until stiff peaks form.
