Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the chopped spinach, artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.
- You can adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
