Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter, warm water, and milk.
- Add sugar, salt, and melted butter to the mixture.
- Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh sourdough starter for best results.
- Adjust baking time based on your oven.
- These rolls freeze well.
