A rich and creamy snickerdoodle cheesecake cake with cinnamon flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, butter, and brown sugar.
- Combine the mixtures and pour into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be served with whipped cream.
