Ingredients

- 3 pounds pork ribs
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place ribs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Remove ribs and let rest before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate ribs overnight.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
