Description

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes and broken lasagna noodles.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes until noodles are tender.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese on top.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
