Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs on a sheet pan and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
  4. Add broccoli and bell peppers to the pan.
  5. Toss vegetables to coat them in the sauce.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
