Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs on a sheet pan and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to the pan.
- Toss vegetables to coat them in the sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- Use boneless chicken for a quicker cooking time.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
- Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
