- Tortillas for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
