Description

A colorful and fun dessert that resembles sea glass.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of gelatin (any flavor)
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 2 cups of cold water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • Food coloring (blue, green, and purple)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in cold water and lemon juice.
  4. Divide the mixture into three bowls.
  5. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl.
  6. Pour the mixtures into separate containers and refrigerate until solid.
  7. Once set, cut the jello into small pieces.
  8. Arrange the pieces on a serving dish to resemble sea glass.
