- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups green beans
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the sausage in a skillet.
- Add onion and cook until translucent.
- In a large bowl, mix sausage, green beans, potatoes, cheese, soup, and milk.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
