Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
