- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup hash browns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, ranch dressing, bell peppers, and onions.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer hash browns in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the hash browns.
- Pour the egg mixture on top.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
