Ingredients

- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add spinach and mushrooms; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a separate pan, fry eggs sunny-side up.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the pot; stir well.
- Serve ramen in bowls and top with fried eggs and green onions.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add chili flakes for spice.
