Ingredients

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and mushrooms; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, fry eggs sunny-side up.
  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the pot; stir well.
  6. Serve ramen in bowls and top with fried eggs and green onions.
