Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread, cubed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add the cubed bread and mix until well coated.
  5. Divide the mixture into the muffin tin.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup over each muffin.
