Quick and delicious French toast muffins are a perfect breakfast treat.
Ingredients

- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread and mix until well coated.
- Divide the mixture into the muffin tin.
- Drizzle maple syrup over each muffin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with additional syrup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
