- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the pistachio nuts until finely ground.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the pistachio powder, raspberry puree, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the mixture into dome molds and freeze for 4 hours.
- Remove from molds and place on a serving plate.
- Garnish with crushed graham crackers and fresh raspberries.
