Description

A delicious dessert made with fresh peaches and blueberries topped with a crunchy oat mixture.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups peaches, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and blueberries.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour melted butter into the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  6. Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish.
  7. Top with the oat mixture evenly.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
