- 4 cups peaches, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and blueberries.
- Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Pour melted butter into the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with the oat mixture evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh or frozen fruits.
