Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
