Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each zucchini slice in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spray the zucchini chips lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
