- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- In another bowl, beat eggs.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear each chicken breast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Serve the chicken with creamy garlic sauce on top.
