Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Sear each chicken breast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  10. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  11. Serve the chicken with creamy garlic sauce on top.
