These orange muffins are outrageously good. They are moist, fluffy, and bursting with citrus flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk butter, eggs, milk, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
