Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. In the same pan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
