- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it thicken.
- Add the chicken back to the pan and coat it in the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
