A hearty and flavorful one-pot chili that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz)
- 1 can black beans (15 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Serve with cornbread or rice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
