- 4 sausages
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the sausages in a large baking dish.
- Add the mixed vegetables around the sausages.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything to coat evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until sausages are cooked through and veggies are tender.
