Description
A delicious no bake strawberry lasagna that layers creamy filling and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of strawberry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Pour half of the strawberry pie filling over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining cream mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Chilling overnight improves the texture.
- Top with extra strawberries before serving.
