Description

A delicious no bake strawberry lasagna that layers creamy filling and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of strawberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crackers.
  6. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  7. Pour half of the strawberry pie filling over the strawberries.
  8. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining cream mixture on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy.
