A delicious no bake strawberry cheesecake that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Drizzle with strawberry jam.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the springform pan and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute other berries if desired.
