Instructions
- Cut mozzarella sticks into halves.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip cheese in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
