- 1 package of mini tortilla cups
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
- Place the mini tortilla cups in a baking dish.
- Fill each cup with the seasoned beef.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa before serving.
Notes
- Use ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
