- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip marinated chicken in the flour mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
