Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Dip marinated chicken in the flour mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
