Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
