- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled bacon.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
