- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- This recipe can be made with chicken thighs as well.
