Description

A creamy and cheesy casserole with baked potatoes, bacon, and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
