Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
- Spread a layer of the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles on top of the beef mixture.
- Spread ricotta cheese over the noodles.
- Add a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Add toppings like pickles or ketchup for a cheeseburger twist.
