Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil to the beef.
  4. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
  6. Top with carrots, broccoli, and green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
  • Use cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
  • Add chili flakes for spice.
