Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan before inverting onto a plate.
