A simple and flavorful Italian sausage pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Add garlic and Italian sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Cook until sausage is browned and cooked through.
- Add diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sausage mixture. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
