- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the mixture and coat well.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the skewers.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
