Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 tablespoon cold butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
