Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add cubed potatoes and water to the instant pot.
  2. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  3. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. Quick release the pressure after cooking.
  5. Drain excess water.
  6. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  7. Mash until smooth and creamy.
